The 80-year-old man returned from a high-speed rail trip. He wanted to take a rest and take medicine immediately, but he couldn't check in at the first time. The front desk suggested that we go to a room on the 6th floor to wait for cleaning before going to our room on the 5th floor. I refused. My wife and I brought an 80-year-old man and a child in his teens, 4 trolley cases, and hoped to sort out the boxes, wash and take medicine immediately after checking in, but it was not what we wanted. This is the first time in my business trips that I have encountered a hotel that forgot to clean the room and needed to check in at 5 o'clock. Considering that the price is still very cost-effective in the local area, it is impossible to have too many requirements on the service. The staff also immediately helped to clean together, so I didn't care too much. I hope that the room service management mechanism can be improved to give travelers a better business travel experience. In addition, I have one more suggestion. The variety and taste of breakfast are OK, but the fried noodles are cold every day. Other dishes including porridge are also cold because they are not covered. It is recommended to cover them to make guests feel at home.
