Had the absolute best check-in experience of my life, thanks to Freya at the front desk. We were tired from our flight, and she greeted us with the warmest smile and incredible hospitality. She not only got us into our room early but surprised us with a complimentary upgrade and breakfast! Truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Five stars for her!

Friendliest & very attentive to us. Got an upgrade to suite at the 50th floor. Stone throw to Nanjing East Road and lots of eateries just not to a supermarket

The staff were very helpful. Kylie at the reception offered free breakfast for us when I asked if we could try the hotel breakfast. Cara, Benjamin and Lily were helpful when we were checking out and gave us some cookies and moon cakes. The location of the hotel is good as it is near the shopping area and many eateries around.

We recently stayed at the Conrad Shanghai, and it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish.
Perfectly located in the heart of the city, the hotel offers easy access to top attractions, shopping areas, and transport links. The views from the higher floors are breathtaking—especially at night.
What touched us the most was the surprise birthday gift for our baby—a beautifully wrapped present and a handwritten card waiting for us in the room. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made the stay even more special and memorable. Small details like this show the level of care and attention Conrad is known for.
