Excellent service. Pets are allowed and they give you a small bag with pet pads, small bags and wet tissues for your doggie. The restaurant has great food. I didn’t like the breakfast. It is not worthy. You can also ask for deliveries and they can bring you right away to the hotel. It is pretty enough for a staycation.

This hotel was truly great. The location is near the metro, and the grounds are beautiful, lovely gardens to walk around and extremely peaceful. The best thing about the hotel were the people, everyone who worked at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful, and offered me things I needed without extra charge. I can't express enough how nice they made my stay, I felt welcomed and at home even though my Chinese is not very good. Some staff spoke English, and everyone was truly sweet and helped me find everything I needed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and I plan on returning whenever I am in Shanghai.

What shone most during our stay was the service. Not only was the staff kind enough to gifts us a generous meal for the Dragon Boat festival, they shared their umbrella when we realised we forgot ours, and were generally super helpful. As for the scenery, it's romanticis and ideal for any couples looking for some seclusion.

The hotel: very nice, clean, quiet, like a mini palace. It appears more beautiful than seen here on pictures. Sevice: excellent. The staff was nice and professional; the shuttle service from the hotel to the gate (and vice versa) was offered for free at each request; etc. I highly recommend this hotel, 性价比很高。
