The room was spacious and spotless, and its location in Jing’an was simply perfect.
Above all, the signature Butler Service of the St. Regis truly stood out and exceeded my expectations.
From the moment I checked in until the day I checked out, my butler, Ms. Ella, was consistently kind, attentive, and professional. Thanks to her thoughtful assistance, my 4-day business trip in Shanghai went flawlessly.
Shanghai is full of world-class hotels competing for excellence, but the exceptional Butler Service here has convinced me to return to the St. Regis on my next trip.

酒店位於上海中心地段，房間非常大，窗外風景優美，不管硬件還是服務都是超一流，確實是很好的選擇！入住過程很高效，還是要表揚一下LEON和ECHO，非常禮貌和善，入住效率很高，早餐選擇也很多，有很多水果和堅果，都是我喜歡吃的，這次沒有去健身房，下次去健身房看看👀！

We're here to celebrate my birthday. We got upgraded to 60th F and the view is amazing.
the service overall is great even the porters are friendly.
the only complain I have is the drain in the shower room is slow. Guess they were trying to fix it.

家人預約了梅龍鎮廣場面簽美簽，選擇就近住在靜安瑞吉酒店，步行僅300米左右，非常方便，當然酒店的位置本身就非常卓越，就在繁華的南京西路商圈。
酒店整體內裝大氣典雅，細節滿滿，房間也是同樣風格，品質感很好。此次入住房間為浦東朝向，可飽覽城市天際線美景。
服務方面非常好評，業務人員專業且彬彬有禮；在早餐之外，還提供雙人半自助午餐；入住停車可在出門前聯繫禮賓台免除費用。
