房東説前幾天下雨，我訂的房子有點潮，所以換到了偉德路的一個房子，以下點評衹針對那個房子。
位置無敵，直接在大學路旁邊，但是鬧中取靜，走幾步路就到大學路上各種飯店，不過房子裏晚上很安靜。
衞生狀況自己看吧，衞生間角落都是發黑的，廚房油漬感覺幾年沒擦過，開了一次櫃子門後一手油，半天都洗不乾淨。
大房間的床墊非常硬，小房間的稍微好一點點。因為不想折騰，又看在位置的面子上，忍了。
房東服務態度很好，缺什麼了立刻會送來。

來上海看病住的這家民宿，感覺特別乾淨家的感覺，也看了好幾家都不如這家的乾淨輕奢，下次會繼續入住，住四個人輕鬆可以做飯
