I really appreciated my stay here. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant and enjoyable. They even helped me with translations and handling admin matters.
The room was spacious and clean with an amazing view. The breakfast was plentiful and varied every single day.
The location is amazing right in the Bund with Shops and restaurants.
I'm very grateful for their support. I'll definitely come back here again.

The location of this hotel is simply great. Most people want to stay on the Bund, however, I find hotels in that area to be smaller, more expensive and noisier. This area, on the other hand, is much quieter and still very close to the Bund (walking distance). The way to the Bund is beautiful and way more peaceful as you walk through the less visited areas of Suzhou Creek and Garden Bridge.
Regarding the hotel, this is a widespread and well established hotel chain in China with very good quality standards and reasonable price rates. Highly recommended.

there was a small cockroach in the room but after calling, another room was quickly arranged for us along with some apology gifts. The staff were also helpful and good amount of amenities were provided. would stay here again. location is close to the spots we wanted to go visit.

The first room they gave me was stinky. We reported it to the front desk and they were able to change it right away. Overall good experience!

the experience here is terribly nightmare for the 8 of us, we had booked 4 nights, reception cancel our booking without proper checking. we spent more than 1 hour to do check in, after check in, we found disgusting cleaning condition, blood stains on the bed!!!! this is speechless, what is worst was that the reception dont even care or mind with all these. we carrying 2 kids, the check in took us almost 12am to enter into the room. i would say this is the worst hotel in shanghai, those oversea guest please reconsider before booking.

I came to Shanghai from Beijing for a weekend getaway and stayed at this hotel. Overall, I had a good experience. The hotel is in a great location — very convenient for exploring the city and getting around.
One thing to be aware of when booking is that some of the rooms don’t have windows. I accidentally booked one without realizing, and it felt a bit claustrophobic. I ended up paying extra to upgrade to a room with a window, which was definitely worth it.
Other than that, everything was fine. The staff were helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. I’d recommend this place for a short stay, especially if location is a priority.
