It has been a wonderful time to sleep within clouds!
We highly recommend the J hotel. Service is perfect. However spa was closed during our stay for renovations.

The hotel is truly exceptional — everything from the service and design to the views and amenities is top-notch. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return.
The only disappointment was our experience at the Jin Yan restaurant. While the interior design is breathtaking and unlike anything we’ve seen before, the food fell short of expectations. The quality simply didn’t justify the high price. We’ve had far better-tasting Chinese cuisine at much simpler places for a fraction of the cost — sometimes five to seven times cheaper.
Still, the hotel overall was outstanding and left a lasting impression.

Staying at J Hotel was truly unforgettable. The breathtaking views from such an incredible height were matched only by the world-class service. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs, making us feel truly cared for. Breakfast was divine, and the afternoon tea was an absolute treat. A luxurious, once-in-a-lifetime experience we’ll never forget.

It was a great experience hearing from the staff that the hotel's lift speed was just right, taking 1 minute and 1 second to reach the 10th floor, and Joyce was incredibly helpful.

Hotel has a special offer of stay 3 nights pay for 2 only. We didn't see it online but you should call to check.
Great experience, lobby & reception staffs were super helpful & exceptional service.
The "journey to the clouds.." tour runs 2 times/day (in chinese) start at 10am & 4pm (I forgot what time they have the English tour). On website they asked to reserve a day in advance but if your travel time is in not a busy days, you can join the tour without a reservation

Thank you to the JHotel staff and especially to our Butler Ms. Joyce! The team really went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, including helping us with fixing our toddler’s toy and blowing up balloons. The Yi Lounge offered delightful afternoon tea with happy hour; and, even a “magic show” from the staff for our kid at the bar. The hotel design is exquisite; contemporary, bright, and equal parts sophisticated and cheerful. Centouno and Heavenly Jin restaurants provided excellent service along with delectable, aesthetically pleasing gastronomic creations. We greatly appreciate your hospitality toward families with young children, especially our rambunctious one who’s rather destructive. We’ll certainly be back to celebrate special occasions!
