房間破舊，進去就是一股異味，廁所門把手壞的，廁所內多處瓷磚開裂。地板嘎吱作響。免費車位沒有，必須用公園的車位，每小時6元。房間做不到私隱，公園裡的遊客可以隨意進出酒莊，紗窗根本就是透光的，外面可以把裏面瞧的通透。

房間陳舊 衞生間瓷磚開裂都可以接受 但晚上衞生間泛起的陣陣糞味把我們一家三口薰醒 衞生間的門我們始終關閉 但一點兒也無法改善動物糞便的味道 因為天氣炎熱 不敢開陽台門散味 怕外面蚊子進來 總之這一晚實在太難熬 衹睡了四個小時便睜眼熬到天亮 逃也似的辦理退房 住過這麼多年的酒店民宿 楊姆酒莊令我們此生難忘！

非常糟糕；沒有人幫忙提行李，長者小孩自己拎着行李箱，從停車場走到民宿距離不算近的。沒有早餐，晚餐也沒有，旁邊的楊姆燒烤，問了熟的不賣，買生的自己烤也不賣。民宿設施陳舊，灰塵滿滿；無法更改或取消，商家都不同意，大家謹慎預訂。非常差的體驗。

房間不錯，環境也不錯，不過管理一天世界的差
衞生：説到衞生今天特別搞笑，由於阿姨不願意打掃，跟我説把我兒子昨天晚上吐了一個邊的被子丟了，不管你賺了多少錢，那麼奢侈或者怎麼樣，還讓我賠錢，出於禮貌我陪了錢，難道我付的790元住房費比平時多出來的400多塊不夠他們買一個床單？
服務：不提了！
環境：周圍環境不錯，吃的東西麼也不提了，飯店蠻貴的，吃的所謂融合菜還挺説不清楚的，不適合孩子吃，説了不要辣，他們應該聽不懂！
