地理位置方便，附近很多吃的，就在人廣附近；佈置很網紅風，也好看，品味很好；床品蠻舒服的，枕頭很軟。還有麻將機，麻將機很乾凈！

房間很好看有一説一 雖然外賣小哥都找不到需要下去拿外賣。廚房旁邊浴室的水忽冷忽熱衹有一半玻璃洗完澡水浸濕地面佔比整個衞生間面積一半，同事滑了一下就墊了快浴巾（我們應該自己拿地巾）不小心弄臟了阿姨説洗不掉賠了79元（第一次經歷賠付的事情漲知識原來經常做家政的阿姨毛巾不用洗就可以知道洗不掉，真的好厲害處理很及時直接丟掉了）阿姨特別有時間觀念雖然和房東説了有同事拉肚子了但是阿姨為了下一客人的體驗十二點整及時上門打掃 檢查的很仔細天花板信號器也善意提醒我們可能不是很靈我們可能爬上去搗鼓過了（看起來很有經驗相信這麼多人反饋遙控器不好估計是在修但一直沒修好）有機會推薦給別人

非常感謝房東的用心，無論電梯問題還是其他問題都描述詳盡，房子特別乾淨，精緻的佈置體現了房東的品味，離南京路步行街特別特別近，走路3分鐘。非常超值。晚上又非常安靜，睡得很好。走的時候都想多住幾天了。房東人品一流，溝通隨叫隨到，生活用品高檔齊全。走的時候還專門給準備了小驚喜。下次來上海還來這！

房子選址非常好，離地鐵口就步行七八分鐘就能到。邊上就行南京路步行街，人流自然不用多説，覓食也很方便。一開始剛下出租車時看見這老舊小區還以為是照騙！沒想到房子如實圖一樣，雖然有一些小小瑕疵，但還是很值得的一次入住。

預訂就是看中市區位置，交通便利，1 2 8號線足夠出行可用。
房東的回覆也很快，服務態度挺好的。
房子的入口比較破舊了，進屋還行，但還是有局部牆壁脱落，小童房上下床掉漆等問題。可能跟房客的行為也有一定關係。有機會還是建議房東保養下！淋浴的話，兩個衞生間不能一同用，那樣水會小還會變冷。其他都和圖片差不多，挺ok的！

很漂亮的房子！細節超驚艷，不像民宿，給人感覺像自己家一樣，乾淨、漂亮、高級。可以看出來房東很用心！
陽台的夜景很美！一梯一户感覺也很隱蔽很有私隱感！
