最差的入住體驗，沒有之一！亞朵在印象當中以服務好聞名，故定了此酒店。本以為會是一次愉快的入住體驗。沒想到入住感受竟如此不愉快！入住第二天一早起來8點多，房間沒電，以為是開關問題，便打電話諮詢前台。第一位工作人員回覆到酒店停電了，要9點半來電。我問怎麼突然停電，工作人員回覆昨天電力公司説今天要停電。我繼續問那為何在我入住時和晚上再次致前台時，無任何人員告知我們會停電的相關事情！工作人員也給不出回答。無奈掛掉電話等。等到第一位服務人員回覆的來電時間9點40，房間依舊未通電，二次致電前台詢問情況，衹是回覆到還在搶修，大概10點左右來電。我問酒店我現在着急洗漱辦公，酒店衹是回覆我，水沒停有水的。我想請問，房間光線如此之暗，我摸黑洗漱嗎？！無奈衹有繼續等，等到10點多，依舊未來電，第三次致電前台詢問情況，回覆到10點半一定來電，我問確定嗎？工作人員斬釘截鐵回覆一定會來電的。可到了10點半還是沒有來電。我第四次詢問及停電原因，工作人員回覆，今早突發停電。可是他的回答和第一位工作人員的回答截然不同！此時真的很氣憤了。最終11點多電來了，但房間插座都無用，無奈再次致電前台尋求幫助！後告訴我剛來電，需要將房間卡拔出重新插上即可。整個上午發生的事情，酒店無一次主動式服務，無一人對賓客不好的入住體驗致歉給出解決方案！衹是讓賓客等且每個人對賓客説著不一樣的解釋！因事情沒辦完，自己嫌麻煩，想着就將就着再續住一晚吧，早上事情耽誤了，下午着急出門。出酒店前，和前台説了續住需求。前台告知要網上下單（此過程衹字未提上午的事情），但等我辦完事，晚上回到酒店，喝完的礦泉水也沒補，地板也沒打掃乾淨。致電前台回覆我，因我續住訂單下晚了，阿姨下班了，所以沒補水。事後雖立即給我的送了水，但由於這一系列發生的事情，讓我由開始的氣憤不開心變成失望。難道酒店不應該提前告知停電相關事宜嗎？就算突發也應該有應急預案吧！難道酒店未在允諾的時間來電，不應該主動電話客人關心問候嗎？就這樣在客人多次致電求助的情況下置之不理，是亞朵的待客之道嗎？！直到我退房，都無人理會我，在意過我的住店感受。在我已經離開上海的路上，我接到酒店的電話，問我感受？！我在酒店住了兩天沒人理會，離開酒店後才問！太失望了！以後不會再選擇亞朵！

他家性價比很高，在他家住了好幾次了，服務非常好，晚上還有免費的粥，很是貼心，以後應該還會去他家住的！
