1）Location: excellent. nearest to rail station.
2) Visibility: excellent from main road. signages or directions to lobby from rail can be improved. If coming from rail, best to access via B1.
3) Service: excellent and professional front desk.
4) Conveniece: excellent with rail, food and beverages, metro etc. all within short walking distance
5) Cleanliness: excellent
6) Room: excellent. big, spacious, well equipped with v comfortable mattress and sound proofing. nice tea and coffee provided.

Thanks to your professionalism and dedication, our journey was beautifully saved, allowing us to fully enjoy our stay.
Beyond your impeccable service, everything about our experience was truly delightful. The room was in excellent condition, offering both comfort and elegance, while the coffee was a wonderful touch of indulgence. What truly took our breath away was the spectacular sunrise view from both the living room and bedroom—an unforgettable sight that made our mornings feel magical.

Nice hotel very close to Hongqiao railway station. Comfy modern room with great soundproof.
Restaurants and convenience shops around the exit.
Small pool and bar on the too floor.

The room is big and nice, the dinner buffet is nice, kids corner can be better, as the area is really small and the slide is not stable, overall is a good christmas holiday staycation.

Safe place of good quality and service next to the Hongqiao trainststion and in the middle of the Hub Mall. We are coming here regularly as it’s our first hotel choice in Shanghai.

I chose Cordis due to its location near Shanghai Hongqiao railway station fast train. What I didn't know is Cordis is in the same precinct as a mall & Hongqiao Transport Hub: (metro, fast trains, buses, airport). So handy!!!
The service was exceptional at reception, the lobby bar, Club bar 11th flr & concierge. I had a great time.

I have stayed this hotel with booking from Trip.com & also direct with Cordis, they definitely give you a worse room if you book with Trip.com, this is not correct or fair! I will complain to hotel directly about this. AC was bad, fridge did not work and run was small.
