Cordis Shanghai Hongqiao

The room is extremely hot, the average temperature is 29. We cannot adjust it to lower temperature.With every adjustment,the temperature just increase by 1 degree.We cannot sleep well at night.Can't believe having a poor experience in such big brand hotel.

Rooms were clean. Front desk staff were ok. Just that after registering us, they just gave the room keys without further explanation on where to take the lift, WiFi password etc, so lacking in the finer points of service. Overall ok

Thanks to your professionalism and dedication, our journey was beautifully saved, allowing us to fully enjoy our stay. Beyond your impeccable service, everything about our experience was truly delightful. The room was in excellent condition, offering both comfort and elegance, while the coffee was a wonderful touch of indulgence. What truly took our breath away was the spectacular sunrise view from both the living room and bedroom—an unforgettable sight that made our mornings feel magical. Your unwavering commitment to excellence has left a lasting impression on us, and without a doubt, we will be returning to Cordis on our future visits to Shanghai. As a delightful personal touch, my daughter absolutely adores the fluffy Cody Red Panda—her new cherished bedtime companion.
