所有的不滿意基於 2點：
一，分別在晚上10.30和1.30左右被走廊的煙味薰醒，聯繫老闆，雖然開了窗，但是嚴重影響睡眠。上海室內禁煙好多年了，更何況是酒店住宿業。
二，説是有早餐，先不説吃不吃的好，連基本的吃飽都做不到。我和12歲的女兒兩個人吃，衹給了像小籠包大小的2個刀切和4個小包子，還有兩個水煮蛋。女兒一個人勉強吃飽，店家一個勁的推銷白粥，明確説了吃白粥不頂餓 餓的快，沒有吃白粥的習慣，能不能多給點乾的，勉強多給了一個小刀切。不想説那麼多口舌，搞得自己像要飯似的，趕緊退房帶着孩子去鎮上又吃了一頓才算吃飽。
吃也吃不飽，睡也睡不好，第一次踩坑這樣的民宿。

離海昌海洋世界和航海博物館打車都不遠。
早飯老闆自己做的，很乾凈衞生。
郊區，空氣比較清新。還有一片菜園和麥田，小朋友挺喜歡的。

體驗感特別好，很幸運在朝南的房間住，下午太陽很足，很暖和，設施也齊全，很乾凈，房東阿姨特別好，早上會做早餐，樣式很多，稀飯，小包子，紅薯，玉米，自己醃的鹹菜很爽口，怕我們錯過時間還會敲門提醒，這裏不好打車，還幫我們考研的叫了車子，特別熱心，很温暖

房間非常乾淨，早餐好吃，老闆和老闆娘人超級熱心，來的路上我們車子擦到了，到家門口發現車軲轆都快要掉了🤣，找人拖車折騰了兩三個小時，到晚上十一點多才搞定，老闆全程幫助我們，真的感受到了回家的感覺，好感動

整體挺好的，距離海昌海洋公園不太遠，打車不到20塊錢，環境不錯，周圍都是別墅，挺安靜的，所以睡眠充足。

去海昌海洋公園可謂一波三折啊。我訂這家民宿主要是距離海洋公園、滴水湖近 ，價格親民，環境好，可是交通不太便，距離乘坐地鐵公交站點遠，打車又貴。初到時，剛出地鐵口等公交車的人很多，又好長時間等不到，為了趕時間就選擇了打車，誰知第一輛車剛談時，就被人搶走了，第二輛車給司機説了、讓他看了導航點，司機人很熱情、健談，説他知道，結果將我拉到“吉香園”去了，從返回到“品香園”再到海昌海洋公園花了85米，而且司機還埋怨我嫌給他沒説清楚，又説給我優惠了。出門在外，難啊，我上車前不但給他説了地方，而且還讓他看了手機上的地址，他非常自信的説，他知道。還是出狀況了。
這家民宿總體很好，乾淨整潔衞生，設施齊全，環境不錯，還提供早餐，老闆及服務員態度很友好值得點贊👍。就是出行不太方便、晚上想吃飯就要到三站路外的書院站去，處於安全考慮對單人或女生不建議徒步夜行。對於自駕遊的朋友推薦，但對於乘坐公共交通的朋友，就要考慮了。
