Front desk service is truly top notch - they taught me how to receive food deliveries and even helped me with the Delivery app!! I called to ask for slightly later check out and they were so ready to accede to the request. Location of the hotel is great, walkable to many areas like yu garden, the bund, shopping street with the giant miniso, popmart and lots of food. Area is v safe for solo travellers too. Hotel was bustling (good cos it’s vibrant) and there were three lifts that worked super speedily. Never felt like I had to wait long for the lifts. Room was v spacious and had everything incl iron and ironing board and two tables / sofa / chair. The only downside was the tv - couldn’t watch YouTube / share screen from my phone. But otherwise, highly recommend this hotel.

Holiday Inn Shanghai was perfectly situated for exploring the city. Easy access to public transport made getting around a breeze, and we were within walking distance of many attractions. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and efficient. A great base for exploring Shanghai!

One of the best stays hotels ever I had, to be honest everything was just perfect, the location the stuff all of them were so helpful. Special thanks to Ash - Queena - Rebecca - Ella - Lily - Dylan - Elio. The location is just perfect across Nanjing Road. I would recommend this hotel for families and couples or even singles. Definitely I would coming again 👍🏽

I had such a wonderful stay here!
The location is super convenient, close to popular spots and perfect for walking around and exploring the city.
The room was spacious, very comfortable, and the view was absolutely stunning! 🌇

Meet expectation to go to attraction. Staffs can communicate in English. Room is spacious. 4 drinking water per day. Staffs have knowledge and sense of service mind. Good job.

It’s super convenient, right next to Nanjing Road. You’ll be there in a jiffy with food, drinks, souvenirs, and more! You absolutely must try the Lai Lai Xiao Long Bao!
