Easy check in and friendly staff. The gym area is great for the price of the hotel and the breakfast was very nice.

The room was fine and the staff very nice but the place was definitely too noisy.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, quiet and great for resting. Food was not as great as expected but the service quality is excellent. There were some restaurants around so you could explore. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Ideal for business trip or staycation for families.

This is my go-to place whenever I use Shanghai as a hub for business travel. Easy access to the Hongqiao transport mega-hub without being part of the mayhem there. Modern, clean, stylish, active, with a supermarket & laundry, it has everything a business traveler needs

90% of the time I will stay at Tongpai every time I go to Shanghai. Because I stay there often, the service staff will help upgrade the room every time. I really like its decoration style and space design.

It's quite far from the city. It's a 20 yuan taxi ride from Hongqiao Tiandi. It's convenient for eating! The lady at the front desk of the hotel is great👍. The room arranged is very comfortable. The breakfast is not very good. It costs 40 yuan per person and there is nothing to choose from. It is not as good as the meal quality of the All Seasons Hotel which is 25 yuan per person. The accommodation experience is very good. I was very satisfied with taking a shower and casting the screen on my phone! The next day, I asked to change to a room with sunshine, and the arrangements were made. A young lady called and reminded me to change the room number after changing the takeout order. She was so attentive. I like the front desk 👍 and will recommend it to my friends. , will come again, thank you 🙏

Checked in on New Year's Day, very quiet and not noisy, very convenient to go to Panlong Tiandi or around Hongqiao! Upgraded the room on the 9th floor, it is more spacious, ins business style, there are not many people at breakfast, the service is very nice

The environment and sanitation are very good. Check-in is also very fast. The facilities are complete. The room is very spacious. It is recommended to provide a comb when checking in. I found out that there is no comb after washing up in the morning!
