Clean and Tidy, quiet place with comfortable bed. Great location.

Room is rather small. Except for a luggage rack, it has everything I need. Front desk and room cleaning personnel are polite and helpful. There is a nice collection of Chinese books if you want to read and relax. Good stay overall.

Breakfast: Golden Arches Room: Very clean. It was a room without windows at first. I told the receptionist that I wanted to change to a room with windows, and they immediately arranged it for us. Facilities: One washing machine and one dryer (if you have finished washing and drying, you still need to get the clothes quickly to avoid affecting the next user) Transportation: Line 1, 10 minutes’ walk away

The room is small and poorly soundproofed. No one cleans it. The breakfast every day is McDonald's. Half of the soy milk leaks out of each portion and the bag is wet... Those who have a bad experience, don't come. Don't come. Not recommended.

The room I booked temporarily was overall more satisfactory than I expected. Before giving good reviews, let me talk about the shortcomings: The 15-square-meter space is quite well designed. It would be better if hooks for hanging clothes and hats could be added, especially in the small unused spaces in the bathroom and beside the bed. What I was most worried about at first was the bad smell and noise. Except for the loud closing of the door in other rooms, it was quite quiet and comfortable. The service staff are very professional and patient. I have not been to Shanghai since 2010 and I don’t understand many places. The staff were patient and helpful. Thank you very much. Especially Xiao Guzi, who is smiling during the day shift... Although there is no restaurant, the two options of steamed buns or burgers are also good. You can pick up the food at the counter, and it is best to have a small robot deliver it to the door! The hotel's location, transportation and living functions are all very good, making traveling alone safe and comfortable.
