For me, the only good thing was the location as the street is a famous shopping zone. But the worst part was cleanliness. The room was very worn-out, nothing like in the images. The walls, the floors, even the TV was incredibly dirty. I booked a room with a window, but window was like 40x40cm box. The toilet was not hygienic. The shower curtain was disgusting. Also very small, I couldn’t sit to toilet straight. I asked to change the room. They accepted with no hesitation (thanks for that) The second room had a little bigger space. I bought disinfectant and wet tissue, cleaned everything myself. ALSO there is no noise isolation. You can even hear next room coughing. I was focusing on work and couldn’t manage to change hotel. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Location: Convenient transportation at subway entrance, downtown area. Environment: Simple, half Hanting half Lishe apartment, room sound insulation effect is not good! Service: Just so-so!

The location was really good, right in the heart of a popular shopping district. The lobby is clean, but as soon as you get on your floor it smells like old cigarettes and the carpent is not so clean as the lobby is. The rooms are okay, but also have this old cigarette smell. But overall we were pretty satisfied.

Very conveniently located - the only slightly confusing thing is that it is actually a Hanting. The rooms are well equipped and good for the price but not the very cleanest.

The photos advertised were quite deceiving.......... Ventilation was rather bad................ The staff is friendly & helpful and able to advise me & move me to a room "with windows" although it can get quite noisy at night (The room they moved me to was located beside the generator) but at least it was better than the very first one assigned originally. For a night stay, I survived. Though location is REAL GOOD!

Unfortunately I got the smallest room on the floor. Couldn’t change the room due to no availability. Found so many hairs left on the floor when I arrived that was disappointing. Smelled so much of drain but considering old drain system, I’d have to say it is what it is. If you prioritize the location the most, it would be a good choice.

Room smelled of poop and cigarettes, sheets were stained, electronic door was broken and kept ringing throughout the night…The staff was not helpful and refused to change rooms or reimburse us.
