Prices were reasonable and the breakfast was really good with a good variety of western options.

I recently stayed at the Pullman hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered stunning views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. I even treated myself to a spa treatment. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, the Pullman Shanghai offers the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and exceptional service. I can’t wait to return!

Service is good, but not all of receptionists speak English. Cafe-bar on the first floor offers bad coffee, no normal bar. Rooms are clean, enough large, bed and linen are ok. No in-room info about amenities. In-room bar is empty. Not enough racks for used towels. Bad idea to put them on string inside the shower. Bad solution - semi transparent window between bathroom and bedroom. If you decide to switch on the light at night your partner will wake up. Not enough light inside the room .

The overall experience is ok, the rooms are big, but the kitchen needs extra supervision- found a piece of paper in the breakfast sausages 🤦♀️

Definitely will stay in Pullman Shanghai South again. The bed is comfortable and very convenient location. Most important the hotel's customer service was first class, David was very friendly and approachable. He helped organised taxi services and gave lots of information to help make this trip a success.
