Shanghai Yuanlai Chinese Inn Cenbocun

Yuanlai Inn in Cenbu Village, overlooking Xiaofengyang, is right outside the door. Go fishing by the river from the back door of the room. There are many small snacks, and the fried pepper and salt tastes delicious at night! The decoration of the inn is very unique, the food is delicious, and the service is thoughtful and warm! Yuanlai will come again!

The B&B is right next to the river, with direct access to the river view. Although the room is on the first floor, it is not damp. The owner is enthusiastic and helped us catch small fish and shrimps in the river.

We stayed in a family room on the first floor. It might be near the water. The room smelled musty and there were cockroaches. There was a bed with debris falling from the ceiling every once in a while. I suspect that there were small insects eating the wood. However, the store owner kindly reminded us not to open the window when there were many mosquitoes, and to turn on the air conditioner for ventilation. There was mosquito coils in the room, so I felt safe when sleeping at night. We had local farmhouse dishes for dinner, which were delicious. There were also a full range of drinks. When we were eating, we played some music under the small lights, which was very atmospheric. The store owner also suggested that we could go for a walk around in the evening and the next morning. The route was suitable and the air was very good. The facilities in the room were quite complete. Basically, everything was available. There was a buffet breakfast from 8 to 9 in the morning, with a rich variety of Chinese and Western styles. It was quite convenient to be close to several kayaking clubs in the surrounding area.
