Overall a very quaint hotel. The service staff were helpful and the room and grounds were clean and well kept. Lots to do in the neighborhood. Very artsy with cute cafes, galleries and restaurants. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The refrigerator didn’t work and bathroom design was very awkward with some of the doors opening the wrong way. Other than that, a really great experience.

The hotel has complete facilities, stable network, and can cast screens. The lobby is European in style. Opposite the front desk is a coffee bar where you can order a cup of coffee and chat with friends in the yard. The atmosphere is very good. The room is simple and elegant, clean and sanitary. The service is warm and considerate, and can help solve problems in a timely manner. The overall experience is very good

This time it was really worth the money. During the Qingming Festival, my family went to Songjiang and booked this hotel. The room was spacious, the customer service was friendly, and there was a children's playground, a cute pet park, and a small bamboo forest. The breakfast was also very special. Next to it was the Yunjian Granary, and not far from the surrounding Chenshan Botanical Garden. The children didn't want to leave!

The room is warmly decorated, very quiet and comfortable. The whole house smart control is great. The staff is very professional and enthusiastic. Takeaways will also be delivered to the room. The disposable items are of good quality, especially the slippers, which I like very much.
