Booked on Ctrip. Xiao Song at the front desk was very nice, enthusiastic and sincere. There was a washing machine and refrigerator in the room, and the facilities were quite complete.

The first room I booked had a leaking roof. The ceiling was wet in spots, and the room smelled. They moved me to a different room, but there was no TV. I'm used to turning on the TV alone, even if I'm not watching it, just listening to the noise. The bathroom light was strange; it had to be switched on with two switches. The switch was probably connected to the exhaust fan, so it made a lot of noise. I didn't know where they were renovating early in the morning, but there was a loud noise. I woke up early without even needing an alarm. There were no outlets in the bathroom, which is usually a mirror for drying your hair. Overall, the experience was not good.
