The price of the hotel is nice the assistant of the hotel they are very warm and have me deal a large problem. The driver they are patient they take me on time.

Responsive staff on wechat, friendly reception, room was adequate, shuttle service was provided but in hourly intervals, had to wait 1h for it. Probably asked by Understood its management, staff kept asking for reviews before I checked in and chased after i checked out which was annoying. Would prefer doing it on my own time.

Well.. the worst one we ever stayed. Not fault of any staff but this hotel is too old and needs lots of maintenance.

It was a pleasant stay! Booked for transit. I arrived late for the airport pick up but the staff assisted me on the message and arranged another time slot. It was very helpful!

The location is great, and the free airport pickup and drop-off service is a big plus. The hotel is also clean and spacious – perfect!

Just stay a night for transit. Good location and offer airport transfer service. Provide all basic amenities and also the recommendations of places to eat and visit.

It was clean, staff members very friendly, used an app to translate to talk to us, the room had no windows but besides that everything was alright, I had gone worst hotels compared to this one for higher prices.
