1. The service awareness at the front desk is poor. Check-in is strictly enforced after 14:00, and I was asked to go to the platform to see if it was like this. No wonder other guests commented that the front desk is like wood.
2. My son was hospitalized in a nearby hospital. He didn’t bring his ID card. He came to see me. There is nothing wrong with registering visitors. He had an electronic ID card, but he said no. I don’t know whose law this is!
2. The hotel room is too small overall. It is not as big as it looks in the pictures online. All the corners are divided into rooms. There are many places on the wall where the paint is peeling off and the wall looks particularly dirty.
3. Let’s talk about slippers. They are not slippery and easy to slip. There are no warnings in the bathroom. The shampoo is so astringent that you can’t even comb your hair. Even using a lot of conditioner doesn’t help!
4. When I was outside at noon, I actually called and said I would check out at 12:00. I said I would come back in half an hour, but I was told that a late fee of 30 yuan would be added (not only for me, but also for other guests when I checked in yesterday. They said there would be a delay fee, so I guess the ladies at the front desk were
