Xinjue Royal Hotel (Shanghai Pudong International Airport) Reviews

This hotel is converted from a logistic building near to Putong airport and is located amidth warehouses, can get noisy as many big vehicles are driving around; one small convenient store and one restaurant nearby; Hotel seem old and maintainance is poor. Only good point is hotel is providing free putong airport pick up and sending. Have to call driver mobile phone to arrange time, one hour one pick up. Hotel breakfast is too late for most of pax going for early flight

The room we stayed in had a weird smell. It's nice that they had shuttle buses to the airport though.

Cozy, modern, spacious rooms, friendly and helpful stuff, free shuttle to the airport. Will stay again.

Overall it was ok. I stayed there for a layover during the night, and they provided a complimentary one-way transport to/from Pudong airport. The cleanliness of the room can be immensely improved and none of the staffs speak English.

Hotel was clean and nearby airport. Also they provide airport shuttle.

The environment is very quiet and you can have a good rest. The service staff are very friendly and can provide assistance in time. I couldn’t eat the meal because I took the flight very early.

There will be some noise outside at night, which is completely acceptable and does not affect sleep. You can't hear the noise outside when you turn on the air conditioner. If you have high sleep requirements, I think you can spend more money to choose a higher-end hotel. This price is very good to enjoy this environment. Hygiene: Except for the carpet and furniture colors that look a little old, everything else is very good. The aunt will clean the room and the sheets look very clean. Facilities: The TV can only watch a few channels, and we don’t have much time to watch TV. Everything else can be satisfied, and the price is also very good. Because breakfast is provided, I chose this place. I am really satisfied with it as a whole. I highly recommend it.

The hotel provides airport pick-up, which is very convenient. The young and handsome guys on the pick-up team help carry the luggage, which makes tourists feel less tired when they are away. Thank you very much. The hotel room is large, and the shower room is also large. The water volume is sufficient and the water is hot. It is very good. It provides a clean, safe and convenient accommodation environment for people who are away from home. It is really good. (Perhaps, you can consider adding a storage platform in the shower room. Some people who go out will bring their own shampoo/conditioner/soap. There is no place to put it, which is a fly in the ointment). In addition, there are enough desktops and countertops in the room, so that people who need a desktop to place documents on business trips will have enough countertops to use, which is very convenient. This is a piece of furniture that many new hotels now don't even consider providing. It's great that Xinjue Royal has noticed it. In the future, when transferring flights at Pudong Airport, you should choose Xinjue Royal. Breakfast is served from 0630. As I am older, I get up early so I go downstairs for breakfast at 0630. The restaurant is crowded with people and it is a mess, which ruins the good impression of last night. But this has nothing to do with the hotel, just come to breakfast at 0630.

The room was very clean and the hot water was quick. We stayed for three days. It was quiet. The front desk staff were very nice. The driver and the young man were also very nice. The airport, subway and Disney pick-up were very convenient. I will choose this place again when I come to Shanghai next time.

The hotel is mainly value for money. The room is large and comes with breakfast. The hygiene is also good. The bed is very comfortable. It is right on the roadside. It is easy to find and park. The front desk waiter named Xiao Xu has a good attitude. I have been here several times.
