The cleaning lady was very enthusiastic and met my requests promptly. The pillows were generally not available, so I used a memory foam pillow which made sleeping uncomfortable. The shower water was not stable. I felt that the air conditioner sometimes had a bit of smell. The smart control was quite convenient. Overall it was OK.
