The check-in experience was not very good. The environment was average. There was no elevator, no hair dryer, white spots in the kettle, and no mineral water was provided. The toilet light was broken on the night of check-in. When I called to contact them, they said they could not fix it and the technician could only come and take a look. I had to use the bathroom in the dark.

Yulong River and Yulong Mountain are right at the doorstep. We originally booked a one-day stay, but the kids didn’t have enough fun, so we extended it for another night!

The hygiene is very poor. There are a lot of hairs in the bathroom. I was placed on the fifth floor. There is not even an elevator. I had to carry my suitcase up. The front desk was also indifferent.

Except that the floor is a bit high and not friendly to patients, everything else is fine! The room has a lot of sunshine, and the air conditioning and heating are average...it only works if it is turned on at 30 degrees. The pillow is a bit flat...the quilt is a bit thin and too small for two people to cover it...it's close to the hospital...it's convenient to order takeout! I will stay at your house again next time I come back for review...the lady boss is very enthusiastic! Booked at Qunar, it’s a little cheaper than **!
