The room is clean, comfortable and tidy. The customer service guy is also very gentle and guides me to check in. I am very satisfied with the check-in experience. 這是我今年入住最失望的一家民宿公寓。入住第一天，房型弄錯，並不是我訂的房型。換到了我訂的房型以後，發現實物和宣傳圖片嚴重不符。洗手間開關是壞的，有漏電風險。靠枕是破的，沐浴花灑是漏水的，房間綠植是枯死的。但最令我不快的是，明明打着投影儀的房型，投影儀是壞的。當天晚上反饋給店家，承諾第二天給我換個投影儀。第二天晚上了，沒有換。店家説接孩子放學去了太晚了，換不了投影儀了。這才是最令我憤怒的地方。我直接投訴到攜程了。掛羊頭賣狗肉本來就不是很光彩的事，何況根本沒有用心經營。但凡每週稍微來看一眼所有的房間，這些問題不至於房客發現。很明顯就是扔給了所謂的公寓代運營，自己兩手一攤，覺得睡着都能掙錢。這現實嗎？一方面覺得市場大環境不好，收益變少，一方面又不努力經營。不管經濟有多差，該出去的還是要出去，該訂房間的還是會訂房間。可是絕不會再選這一家。店家給的紅包我沒有收，店家希望攜程能勸我不寫這條評價。機會我給了，溝通過多次了，這些都是房內應該有的完整的設施，這些都做不到，光靠口嗨和道德綁架，沒意思。我衹看到了一個壓根不用心經營的公寓，以及攜程在酒店審核方面根本沒有核實。但凡有一個區域經理去了現場看一眼，都不會允許差別如此大的宣傳圖出現。攜程最後賠付了一宿酒店費用。對於一個一出門就是按兩週起住酒店的我來説，沒太大意義。希望攜程以後在審核酒店的時候多上點心，起碼要一年現場審核一次。也希望類似公寓用點心，生意好的民宿、公寓並不在少數，有的開了五六年維護得還很好，完全不至於是現在這個樣子。

預訂後，公寓的管理人會聯繫，還會發如何從地鐵走到公寓的視頻，定位，入住注意事項，wifi密碼等等。我老闆是外國人，實在怕找不到路，跟老闆説，老闆親自過來帶路，很貼心，還帶他們去找飯吃，然後才回去，真好人。山茶花房間佈置很簡約漂亮，舒服。有機會還會再訂。
