位置不錯的，交通便利，離火車站比較近，乘地鐵和公交都比較方便。樓下小吃挺多的很實惠，老闆服務周到，因為不喜歡上鋪，給安排了下鋪，被褥都很乾凈，不像有的青年旅舍不管被褥。這裏都有備用的，住的很舒馨。

在一個小區裏，民宅改造的，窗户都是內窗，住的都是鄉下的打工仔，凌晨2點多都還在玩手機！房間的衞生條件差到爆！床上用品不知道清洗沒，睡一晚上身上起了好幾個大疙瘩！整體感覺就地段和服務還行，其他的一律不行！

老闆很乾凈，將被褥收拾的很整潔。衞生間多，有蹲坑，住的人多，有常住的，價格也很實惠。晚上定時熄燈，客廳很大，不想睡的可以到客廳，周邊交通很方便；ge各種小吃挺多很實惠。窗外有晾衣桿。

房間門鎖不了，一上床被子都濕濕的濕氣很重，有一股怪臭腳味，大廳橫豎掛着衣服味道混雜起來很奇怪，廁所臟亂的像敍利亞戰場，沒有收拾過的樣子，奇臭無比。洗澡洗頭都是去外面洗，給房東態度加一顆星，衹能勉強睡個覺，對環境有需求的還是別來了。

房間很乾凈，衞生間挺大，設施齊全，能滿足日常需求，陽台挺大，可以洗衣服，曬太陽，和室友聊聊天，晚上很安靜，房間沒有吵鬧聲音，有專人管理，下次需要會再來
