The room was really clean, and breakfast was very good. Only one problem is the description of the room says that it has a city view window but actually I've got a room with a view of the interior hall. It was loud in the morning and I had to ask to change it. Please correct the information about the windows because it was really important for me.

It was a great place to stay. Staff was incredibly attentive and happy to help! The facilities such as the washer and dryer were an asset, free to use!

Much better than I expected as a business hotel. Breakfast is delicious, and room is very clean. I like the check out timing, 2pm :-)

i had the suite. it's very spacious, has 2 tvs, 2 sofas, 1 big bed, 1 small and 1 large bathroom (with bathtub). i got 4 bottles of water every day, as well as different kinds of tea and coffee.

The staff was very helpful, the room was clean and neat and had everything we required, the bed was really comfortable and we appreciated that. The location was abit far from the bund but it was nice and quiet with no traffic.

Room quite small, lighting quite dim. Bed on mezzanine level up creaky stairs. Huge TV in bed room. Chinese breakfast selection, plenty to select from but even getting to breakfast when it opens at 7am all hot food is cold.

Great stay. Hotel was very comfortable and good base for business meetings in Shanghai. Good facilities in room Excellent meeting rooms and workspaces on ground floor.
