Stayed here a few times in the past and thought it was great. However, this time round I had to change room 3 times because 1) given an out of order room the first time 2) second room had a leaking aircon vent 3) third room had choked toilet bowl issue.
On the morning of my check out day, the room key card expired - it was 8.45am! And I was supposed to check out anytime before 2pm.
I had booked a total of 2 rooms for 6 nights, and was upgraded for a room, to which I was grateful. However, things have certainly gotten worse since my last stay.

The room was really clean, and breakfast was very good. Only one problem is the description of the room says that it has a city view window but actually I've got a room with a view of the interior hall. It was loud in the morning and I had to ask to change it. Please correct the information about the windows because it was really important for me.

It was a great place to stay. Staff was incredibly attentive and happy to help! The facilities such as the washer and dryer were an asset, free to use!

i had the suite. it's very spacious, has 2 tvs, 2 sofas, 1 big bed, 1 small and 1 large bathroom (with bathtub). i got 4 bottles of water every day, as well as different kinds of tea and coffee.

The staff was very helpful, the room was clean and neat and had everything we required, the bed was really comfortable and we appreciated that. The location was abit far from the bund but it was nice and quiet with no traffic.
