Very bad and unacceptable service attitude at the Front Desk. It left a very bad aftertaste dealing with them as they were extremely rude and arrogant. It has totally tarnished the reputation of Ji Hotels. I will never recommend anyone to this hotel.

I choose this hotel every time I go on business trip. This is my 5th stay. The hotel environment is nice, the service attitude is very good, and there is a Hongshoufang nearby, which is very convenient for shopping and drinking coffee.
