Very bad and unacceptable service attitude at the Front Desk. It left a very bad aftertaste dealing with them as they were extremely rude and arrogant. It has totally tarnished the reputation of Ji Hotels. I will never recommend anyone to this hotel.

I choose this hotel every time I go on business trip. This is my 5th stay. The hotel environment is nice, the service attitude is very good, and there is a Hongshoufang nearby, which is very convenient for shopping and drinking coffee.

I didn't have any mosquito problems last time, but this time I found the bathroom horrible. It was scary to open the bathroom door when I was about to take a shower.

The front desk lady is very welcoming, the room is very clean, dry and wet are separated, there is a robot to deliver food, there is a No. 19 tram near the hotel, which is convenient for travel! The breakfast is rich in variety!
