I stayed solo for 10 days at JI Hotel (Shanghai Changshou Road North Shaanxi Road Hotel) while attending a course and was a bit worried at first about staying in the same room so long — but it turned out wonderful!
The hotel is very clean, spacious, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. One of the coolest things was the robot service that delivers food, parcels, or even paper directly to your room.
They also have a self-service laundry room where I could easily wash and dry my clothes, so I didn’t have to pack too much. For extra convenience, they even offer laundry service if you prefer not to do it yourself.
The hotel itself is quite large, with long corridors, but everything is systematic and organized. I’ll definitely stay here again when I return to Shanghai!

Very bad and unacceptable service attitude at the Front Desk. It left a very bad aftertaste dealing with them as they were extremely rude and arrogant. It has totally tarnished the reputation of Ji Hotels. I will never recommend anyone to this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located, quiet and clean, and the late check-out is very considerate! I participated in the event and the exhibition, and I was very satisfied with the trip!

Very nice hotel. There is an ice machine in the hot weather and the lobby is also very nice. The service of the front desk brother and sister is great. I will come again next time I travel
