Not bad.
Location is best, near to subway and lots of shops( downtown shanghai style, not the high class shops)
Room is ok, not the best I have seen , a bit old but clean and comfy enough. Bed is comfortable.
Overall good stay if u are a business traveler. Not so comfy for family.

I am a returned customer. This hotel is my preferred Shanghai hotel for its location, price, convenience and the great service provided by front desk staff, especially Ms 马平 who is helpful and very customer oriented

Hotel is currently under renovation and sharing with other office lots in the same building therefore expecting many others taking the lift together. Hotel staffs are friendly especially the housekeepers.

The room is simple and clean, and the details meet the needs of travel. The shower, water, and supplies are comfortable. The sleep, bedding, and environment are comfortable. The breakfast is homely and pleasant. The front desk Xiao Wu is thoughtful and polite. It feels just right.

The hotel is in a commercial and residential building. The two elevators may not be enough on weekdays. One elevator accepts card payment while the other does not. The intersection is very close to the subway station. There is a shopping mall diagonally opposite the intersection, which is quite convenient. Behind it is a whole residential area.
