The only positive thing is the location. That's all!
Flat is VERY dirty and dusty!
There were a couple of glasses, and that's all, not even a plate or knife. They forgot to give us big towels. I have asked and they gave, but only 2 despite we were 3 ppl. Asked for the 3rd, but never got it.
Sound and thermal insulation of the flat is close to zero. Climate system managed to warm it up somehow only after 2 days, nonstop working on heating mode and 31°C. We were told to put all trash at our door, so the cleaning personnel will collect it.. In reality the trash accumulated there for a week or so and neighbors also put their trash at our door.
Avoid this accommodation - 1708.

Not sure why this is called a homestay as there are no facilities available. No tableware or cutlery. There is an induction cooker but no cooking pots or utensils. The bed has to be moved because the air conditioner was leaking onto it. This was fixed but it revealed that the apartment is NEVER cleaned. All the dirt and construction debris was still piled under the bed. The bathroom smelt permanently of Irina. It’s not expensive but other similarly priced places in China definitely have more pride and care for their customers.

Location wise - At Tiantong station. Only one station from East Nanjing Station. Nearby with wholesale fashion mall. We bought intimate branded handbeg and also long john with good quality and price.
Nearby Facilities- nearby with fruits and groceries, lucking coffee and also got one halal food shop.
Apartment- Have enough bed for 6 of us. Tney provide microwave and kettle. Even they change another microwave when ours is not function.
They provide extra towel as requested. Only the aircond/heater seams not function well. We still feel cool. We also request extra hanger to hang our winter jacket and to dry out cloth. They provide washing machine.
Worth to stay with reasonable rate with 6 of us.
Conts - They didnt provide cooking essential like pan, plate, mug and spoon.

Very well located and near to Metro Shanghai (around 300 metres) walking distance. Surrounded by clothing malls and convenience store and lots of eateries. Need to have room cleaning services as there was no services provided even I stayed there for 5 days and 4 nights.

IT was very close to the METRO that is the best thing , plus view was amazon , and room was spacious for 6 people

Drainage system in the wash area is very terrible. Very stinky smell is coming out from nowhere. CR door has no handle and no lock. We have no privacy. Shower sliding glass door is damage. Room is dusty, so as the floor. Not safe for kids who goes up & down the stairs. Scared of using the washing machine thinking that it's broken too. The unit is quite big though and just enough for 6 people.

The beds are very comfy and clean,the surrounding area are also easy to grab coffee or go to the public transportation. Especially u just need to take a short metro ride and u will get to Shanghai oriental pearl tower.
