As a result, the hotel is very old, the rooms are also very old, there is a musty smell when I enter, and the floor in the bathroom is sticky. At night, there was a strange noise in the toilet sewer, which was very scary, and there was no way to ask someone to repair it. The air conditioner made an abnormal noise in the middle of the night, which seriously affected the rest.

There is no heating during the winter solstice, the air conditioner is broken, the hotel does not provide electric heating facilities, only a quilt is added, and the super heavy sleep is hard to breathe.

I booked it for a friend, I didn't live, the aisle carpet was so hygienic, and I didn't comment on the room. But one point is given to the male waiter at the front desk: 1. Knowing that some rooms have no windows, I specially booked a chess and card room, just hope that there are windows and a larger area. When I arrived at the front desk at 11pm to check in, the waiter said with confidence that the room I had booked was windowless. It wasn't until I showed the order that he was wrong, and there was no apology in the meantime. There is at least two levels of difference between the chess and card room and the windowless room, so there is no need to talk about the price. If I don’t send my friend to the front desk, what will happen? 2. After confirming the order, I told the waiter to help arrange a room that shouldn't be too remote. The waiter returned to only this room in a second, but I checked it out at around one in the morning and the room type could still be booked. 3. The front desk clerk did not wear a mask. 4. After checking in, I went out for supper with one of my friends, and went back more than one in the morning. In order not to wake up the sleeping friend in the room, I wanted to ask the front desk to reissue a room card. After checking the information, I said that the room card was not enough. Can't make it up. Well, I have stayed in countless hotels and booked this one for the first time. All the weird problems caused me to run into it. All in all, this service makes people feel silly, and will not stay again next time.

The service attitude of the receptionist at the front desk is too bad, and they didn't give a good face when they entered. ***** Talking weird! Other health aspects are pretty good.
