The service was exceptional. Although the staff knew little English but they used mobile translate to facilitate me. The luggage room facility is good. The only problem is subway is little far from hotel. There is a Mcdonald and other eateries nearby. These eateries are open late night and also early morning.

Rooms are nice and clean, with a functional window. Bathroom is roomy and has a great shower. Location is great, 15 minutes walking from subway station and a lot of restaurants and shops a few steps away.

節假日有規定不能出滬，就近郊走一走吧！節假日都漲價漲的厲害，網上刷到這家酒店，覺得價格很適中。酒店前台都是帥哥美女，服務態度也很好，替我升級了豪華大床房，酒店停車很方便，地下停車庫，住店客人享受一天一次的免費停車。地理位置也不錯，離曲水園也就幾百米的路，曲水園的園林景觀不輸蘇州園林，我很喜歡。酒店所處的位置好像是黃金一條街，賣黃金的店比比皆是。酒店內部就有一個宴會廳，節假日辦結婚的蠻多的，在曲水園附近也有一個廣場，吃的東西挺多。酒店隔壁就有一個電影院，價格很便宜，人很少，而且都是沙發座，看了最近最熱門的一部電影，票價比市中心便宜將近一半呢。

中醫院對面的酒店，停車很方便，門口有地面停車場，也有凱特利地庫。周邊吃的東西也很多。每次去中醫院出差都會選擇這家。

環境衞生：疫情剛過的青浦，住起來很happy！
服務：酒店服務很好，下次出差還住這裏。
交通：酒店位置也不錯，出行方便，雖然疫情不提供早餐是個小遺憾，出門就有袁記水餃（好吃）。
離曲水園、城隍廟幾百米的距離，打車去朱家角30元搞定。

前台態度一般，沒有禮貌用語，一點感受不到熱情，對停車、早餐等事項沒有事先告知和提示，更換了房型為電競房，也沒有説明，電話聯繫前台，不是這個房型，電腦不能使用，空放三台電腦，佔位子。兩歲不到小孩，不小心把床單被套弄臟了，主動聯繫前台和攜程，進行了賠償，攜程處理速度快，很給力，攜程值得信賴。攜程如果可以進一步降低價格，是出行的首選。這次訂單，攜程價格高於**不少。
