Amazing service with fantastic internet and lots of service staff. They are always available to help and even have a night patrol staff! They offer free laundry and every single thing you could want. Right by line 11 and 13 so perfect for town or Disney land!

It's close to the company and I've stayed here many times, but this time it was really bad! The room I was assigned was terrible!
At 11pm, the aunt was sweeping, mopping and washing things. I endured it, thinking it would be fine after a while, but it wasn't fine until 12:30! She kept talking loudly and going in and out!
At 12:30, I called the front desk to complain for the first time. The front desk didn't admit that it was their aunt, saying that there was a tenant opposite, and they went to remind them, but they didn't go!
At 1:30, I called the front desk for the second time. It was too noisy, the soundproofing was very poor, and I couldn't rest. The door opposite kept closing and opening. I asked to change rooms, and they did, but the front desk didn't apologize or say sorry, and I had to go downstairs to change the room card myself.
The photo is the room opposite me, which is the so-called room with tenants in the front desk. It's a room without a room number, right? I won't come again. The experience is extremely bad. I didn't rest well for a night.
