很滿意的入住體驗，前台有休息凳子，拍照很出片，辦理入住很快。樓下有個大廣場，位置很好，交通還算方便。房間內設施很齊全，乾淨整潔，缺生活用品的話可以問前台姐姐要！姐姐人很好👍🫶🫶🫶🫶

服務態度很差愛搭不理，關鍵衞生環境好差，上個廁所衞生間特別臭沒有窗户，床單一團黃色的不知道是啥，空調還用不了沒有遙控器，無語了。睡覺還特別吵，這是我住過最差勁的酒店！！！！！！

五星差評，房間有空調不給遙控器，説是酒店設施裏面無空調，是的，你寫了，都怪我定房時沒看見，請問誰定房時看這麼仔細，沒有空調，為什麼不大字寫出來呢！入住時也不説，我説第一次遇到這種情況，還要趕我走，看着我收拾東西，防客人像防賊一樣，欺負客人，説讓我退房，那麼晚了，去哪裡定房去！人生地不熟的！態度強硬十分強硬，雖然你贏了，但是你失掉了顧客的心！希望你反思一下自己！

首先這個房型是沒有空調的，大冬天住是真的冷，其次這麼大的酒店竟然不能加被子。沒有空調一床被子不要太冷。想加被子都無。其次電視機是壞的。開不了。找前台説怕被偷拍。這個説法挺。。。一次性拖鞋杯子啥的都沒有。反正下次不會去了。半星差評。現在上海想找個沒空調的賓館也是不容易的。
