Very satisfactory check-in experience. There are benches for rest at the front desk, which makes for great photos. Check-in was quick. There is a large square downstairs, the location is very good and the transportation is quite convenient. The room is fully equipped, clean and tidy. If you need any daily necessities, you can ask the front desk lady for them! My sister is very nice👍🫶🫶🫶🫶

服務態度很差愛搭不理，關鍵衞生環境好差，上個廁所衞生間特別臭沒有窗户，床單一團黃色的不知道是啥，空調還用不了沒有遙控器，無語了。睡覺還特別吵，這是我住過最差勁的酒店！！！！！！

五星差評，房間有空調不給遙控器，説是酒店設施裏面無空調，是的，你寫了，都怪我定房時沒看見，請問誰定房時看這麼仔細，沒有空調，為什麼不大字寫出來呢！入住時也不説，我説第一次遇到這種情況，還要趕我走，看着我收拾東西，防客人像防賊一樣，欺負客人，説讓我退房，那麼晚了，去哪裡定房去！人生地不熟的！態度強硬十分強硬，雖然你贏了，但是你失掉了顧客的心！希望你反思一下自己！
