The hotel have bus faciltity to disneyland. The staff was very helpful and provide us room with a theme that our daughter wanted. Overall the rooms were clean and cosy.

We booked the Chuan Tu Hotel, but when we arrived at 10pm, there were no rooms available. We were arranged to the Chuan Zhan Hotel. When we arrived at the Chuan Zhan Hotel, the room was sealed by the fire department. There was no one in charge. When we asked the front desk, they didn't know anything and asked us to ask the police when we could check in. It was speechless. Two adults and four children checked in at 11:30. There were hairs left by the previous guest on the towels, and there were stains on the quilts. Fortunately, I am used to bringing disposable towels, bath towels, sheets and quilt covers.

We booked a Prince Double Room, but we had many children with us. We asked the front desk if we could upgrade the room. Later, the front desk upgraded us to a Prince Triple Room with three 1.5-meter beds. Adults and children finally didn't have to sleep together. The room was very cartoony and the children loved it. We had previously booked a package with accommodation and Disney tickets at **, but when we made the reservation, they said that the Nutcracker Hotel was full. Finally, we reluctantly booked a separate room. The boss was very good. The children's breakfast was free.
