After clearly stating that I was very tired after a day of running around and had very heavy luggage, the front desk still insisted on selling extra money to upgrade the room type, and even when my dad clearly stated that he had a membership, he still sold the membership card as if he didn't understand what I was saying. Was it to complete the KPI? In the end, they ignored all our needs and arranged a top-floor room in the farthest elevator-free building. There was no staff to help us carry our luggage. Is this a revenge for personal gain and thinking that we didn't complete the KPI for him? ? ? After arriving in the room, the hygiene was even more disgusting. I don't know what liquid was splashed on the curtains, and there were large patches of stains (as shown in the picture). In addition, the sound insulation of the room was better than nothing, and the walls were like paper. I kept my eyes open and listened to the two brothers next door talking about business until three in the morning. As long as someone walked outside and opened and closed the door, the footsteps were amplified to be heard clearly. The hotel's telephone service was even better. I ordered a takeaway at 10 pm. Thanks to the poor soundproofing, I heard the neighbor calling the front desk to send the takeaway to the room. So I called the front desk to ask if there was a door-to-door service. The front desk was so smart that they said three times in a row that I had to go down to get it myself. It was not until the last time that they reluctantly admitted that there was a door-to-door service and asked the security guard to send it to me. I said, your hotel is not a bit crazy. There is no elevator in the small building and it is so far from the front desk. You arranged us to the top floor, and asked me to go down to get the takeaway? ? ? And this room is also pitifully small, exactly the same as the big bed room in your picture! I thought that Shanghai Hanting is not a particularly cheap hotel. A room costs nearly 400 per night. This service is really crazy and really opened my eyes. Everyone, open your eyes, going to McDonald's for a night is probably better than this one (I don’t know why the video has automatic noise reduction. In fact, the sound is ten times louder than this and lasts until three in the morning)

The room is clean and comfortable, the environment is good and there is a dedicated parking lot. The waiter's warm and thoughtful service makes the guests feel very warm. The breakfast is clean and hygienic with rich samples. I will stay here again if I have the chance.
