Excellent hotel, I really enjoyed the stay. It has the convenience of being near hongqiao train station, as well as many good restaurants to get food nearby. They also have a fitness room and breakfast restaurant. It was very clean, I can’t fault it, and they have robots that deliver food that you order to your door!

The room is very clean, water is available for free at any time, and they never charge or deduct money. The front desk service is polite and we are dignified. The waiters are dedicated and considerate. The breakfast is rich and the transportation is convenient. I will stay here again next time!

We stayed for 3 days and rebooked every day.
On the first day, we noted on Ctrip that we couldn't get the last room, but we still got the last room. We didn't tell them about breakfast, even though it was included.
On the second day, we still didn't tell them about breakfast, and there were no toothbrushes and combs in the room, so we thought we didn't have any and bought them ourselves.
On the third day, we were given the last room again, but the window couldn't be closed, and we didn't tell them about breakfast, but we actually got toothbrushes, combs, and razors, which I realized the hotel had, but didn't give them the first two days.
