As near to siyuan gate SJTU as it could be. The service was incredible patient but can't speak English. Helped me to move luggage. Price was too high in my opinion. Warm and cozy in rainy winter. Convenient furniture.

This hotel wasn’t good as it was in the photo, the incense was very irritating, after checking in I couldn’t BELEIVE what I saw in the room, it’s like back in the 90s, the worst is that they refused to refund the payments after I refused to accept the room, I had to stay up all night looking for another hotel 😢

服務超棒，夜晚也沒有很大的噪音，樓下的車子很少，隔音一般，因為考研入住的，夜晚隔壁電視機聲音有點大，打電話給前台溝通過就立馬解決了。總體還是很不錯的。考研的話大家記得帶枱燈過去！p23是酒店外景

很差，房間內昏暗，定的豪華標準間也很小，設施非常老舊，服務態度很一般，退房的時候還管我要錢，明明已經付過了，弄了半個小時才查明白，業務能力太差了，這點事都弄不明白，浪費時間，再也不會來了，住過性價比最低的酒店，價格比全季還貴，要不是全季訂滿了，根本不會定這裏
