Free pick up and drop off.
Pick up is every hour at 9, 10 etc.
drop off is every hour at 9.30, 10.30.
Something to take note because I don’t know what time is the pick up, I only know it’s every hour. So I missed the bus at 10.05pm, had to wait until 11pm.
The bus is beige yellow, have the hotel name (in Chinese) printed on the bus. There was too many buses and Didi at that meeting point, so I’m glad that it is easy to differentiate.
For one night layover, it’s good. Towels etc are plastic packaged for hygiene.
My next day flight is 5pm, they allowed me to come down and check out around 2pm to catch the bus to airport. I chose 1.30pm at the end.

The customer service is good and even gave us hot drinks when we check in. It is quite near to the Pudong Airport

Good service, there is shuttle bus 24 hrs just inform them, clean and room is too big sleep well, nice staff .. staff are very friendly only 30 min from airport to hotel and 20 min from hotel to airport ... i love this hotel and highly recommend .. you can see full video review in "WhereTopGo" youtube channel

Stayed here for a night during our layover in shanghai. As can be seen from the picture, there can be some noise, but they provide earbuds.
Also able to capture a good view of landing aircrafts! The charcoal bbq shao kao nearby is very good for supper too!

Very surprise with Chinese Hospitality. Even language is a barrier but they try their to service and communication.

The service staff was excellent and very helpful. The hotel is close to the airport and offers a free shuttle bus service.

A night shift male receptionist was friendly and handsome. Free Airport transfer. Anyway, noise from plane might disturb some guests.
