前台服務比較人性化，本來晚上10點才能入住，因為帶着倆半大孩子，提前讓8點就進去了，沒等太久。房間給升級到了藍寶石，不太清楚藍寶石湯池有什麼功效，就泡着玩的。感覺陽台沒啥用，這個季節太熱，蚊蟲也多，還是不出去得好。床是鋪好的，適合睡兩人。早餐是中式的包子、粥、醃菜什麼的。

其它都還可以。早餐服務太差 説八點三刻開始 結果硬生生等了20分鐘 服務員才按離他最近的順序開始上菜，而不是按人先來後到的順序。體驗感極差。沒有免費停車位，要停對面付費停車場。

適合情侶出遊，設施方面不如普通的湯泉。在世博園區裏，旁邊很有藝術感可以逛逛。湯泉館自帶的餐廳在另一門進去，是另外收費的日式料理。

環境和服務都算是不錯的一個私湯酒店，地段很好，鬧中取靜，房間裏有各種不一樣的主題，還算是蠻有意思的，服務員也比較友好。
可惜，入住那天，排水有極大的問題，按照指示先放了熱水一分鐘，抬頭一看直接水漫金山。幸好我沒有把電器放在地板上，不然損失比少睡一個小時更嚴重。
當然，也迅速給我們換了一間房也延遲了一小時退房，算是做到了一定的補救。

白天是温泉，晚上墊了墊子就是酒店了，我住的這個房間中間有張桌子硬的不行，睡了一晚上骨頭痛，想好好休息還是找個正規的酒店吧，墊子下面全是頭髮，白天早飯要8:30才開餐，溝通能否早點吃，溝通無果。應該是面向情侶的旅館，不推薦入住。環境還可以，外賣會送上來。

所有房間基本沒有窗，實際不是酒店是個温泉浴，入住時間很晚，要在21點以後。房間內泡池內是紅色氛圍燈。有點詭異啊。
