Good service if you want to go to Disneyland and Wild Animal Park. Staffs are very friendly and the laundry service is good. Highly recommended.

Clean and large room, the breakfast was delicious with good eating environment, shuttle bus service was good as well.

A bit far from Disneyland, but the have transfers so it’s convenient. Right next to a mall + watsons and Starbucks. Fav breakfast menu is the noodle soup. If you arrive late at night there are stalls that sell some nice chicken skewers they open till late.

The location is great! Near restaurants and shopping mall! The only inconvenience is that area is on renovation and the guests need to walk about 5 minutes to the hotel after being dropped off.

room is good with 3 twin beds, additional benefit is free laundry everyday so no stress for dirty clothes. Ladies staff Ms Zhao is friendly and helpful. Man staff attitude can improve. Since the hotel entrance is a few minutes walk from where the shuttle bus drop off point, not convenient when raining. Free shuttle provided, recommended to stay.

This hotel location far from subway and buses station. However, the hotel provided with free shuttle bus to Shanghai Disney land and Putong Airport. The hotel staffs are helpful and friendly. I will choose this hotel again if back to Shanghai.

The stuff isn’t good at English but we exchange and communicate in WeChat instead so it’s ok . There shuttle bus is so comfortable. They pick us from subway and Disney land. The breakfast was ok, I like there noodles. The location is near the mall so we can easily went to family mart. I really recommend for everyone it’s really worth the price.

The room was okay, the services were good, best is we can have laundry everyday.

Staff members are friendly and respectful, the hotel offered free pick up and drop off to several selected popular destinations such as Shanghai Disney land, subway stations and wildlife zoos with to the international airport.

Do something about your driver. Very rude. The front desk staff were excellent.

All good except room's carpet needs a little cleaning. Limited breakfast items. But staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel also provide transport to Disneyland/Zoo/Ocean Park, as well as complimentary transport to the airport.

Booked hotel for going to zoo. Location is quite close to the zoo. Hotel locates in a community mall, from 5th floor onwards. There is a shuttle service departs at 9.30 am. Pick up service from zoo to hotel at 5.00 pm. Check-in was fast, receptionists were friendly. Room could be cleaner, particularly in corners. Carpet floor helps to absorb the noise but not from the constructed road, nevertheless it was ok. Room has no fridge, but nearby there are few convenience shops. Our room was a bit smelly, which cause by the open toilet. The floor it self is sticky cause some guests smoked in front of the elevator. Negative point was to found out that there is no kids playground anymore. Very disappointed, as it has been advised in trip. Breakfast was ok, Chinese food. No bread and proper coffee. Just for a stay, overnight is ok. Surroundings are fine to dine out. Check Out was fast without any complication. Ah, no gifts for our kid as all other reviewers mentioned.

For an international, resort hotel I have expected much more. Staffs don't speak English, breakfast 100% Chinese, I can't eat anytime. The room was big enough but not really clean. Smoking is allowed, it means, the room stink cigarette.
