攜程標的五鑽，我認為設備設施是沒有達到5鑽標準，不過這應該是攜程的問題，不是酒店萬問題，酒店層高比較低，窗户較小，雙人間裏面衹有一張椅子，房間燈光比較昏暗，如果點個外賣，另一個得坐床上吃，反應問題不太及時，應該是人手編制比較緊張，攜程上訂的房間 標記送的餐和項目，如果不去問，酒店辦理入住也不主動提醒，這點不太好，

房間蠻大，進門就一股香味，蠻不錯但是對於鼻炎的人味道太蓋不舒服，酒店老外居住較多，靜安老區附近出行方便，就是房間關門聲響，半夜小巷説話聲音明顯，隔音待加強。

Excellent service. Best hotel bed and pillows ever. It smells so good too - like a spa. Breakfast was excellent - loved the dumplings and congee. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is in a cool neighbourhood with loads of great restaurants nearby.

非常感謝13號晚班的小姐姐， 週六看完鄧紫棋演唱會回來，半夜11點半拿錯了外賣（因為同姓，尾號也差不多），回到大堂，她幫我一起分析處理，熱情細緻又專業，有温度，又有思路💯。
其他的前台服務人員也挺好的，很有禮貌，也願意幫忙解答諮詢，跟五星酒店比完全不差。
