Definitely will go back! But one thing need improvement is their air-con in the room. I stayed at their hotel during winter and the air-con couldn't be set ourselves, the room is very stuffy. But lucky that the windows can be opened.

The room we chose was a king with a very nice river view.
At the check-in I had to wait for the only person speaking English . At the check-out she was not there so we had to use the little Chinese we know . In a 5 stars hotel you should always have someone speaking English at the reception.
The roof bar is the same room and furniture of the breakfast .
It is fine for breakfast but horrible for a drink.
The breakfast is big but of average quality.
Not the ideal hotel for a romantic staycation.

酒店位於浦東新區，遠離鬧市，很安靜
環境：房間可以直接欣賞江邊風景，環境幽雅
設施：設施完善，房間寬敞明亮，中式的裝修設計風格，提供機器人送餐服務，酒店有健身房，就是健身房比較小，Minibar每天首輪免費
服務：服務人員的服務態度非常好，前台辦理入住退房手續都很快
酒店不足的有兩點，第一個是電梯特別慢，高峯期要等的時間很長，第二個就是自助早餐，種類很少，早餐高峯期供不應求，服務人員有點慌亂，有發現放錯餐牌，這要是碰到食物過敏者是很危險的⚠️建議改進再細緻一些

感謝酒店給我帶來的良好體驗，體驗是真的好！辦理入住時人有點多，前台小姑娘正在煮茶，坐下品嚐了一下，白茶煮得正是好時候。住的江景房，面對着滾滾黃浦江，雖然不是正對和平飯店，但是三件套可以看得見。房間陳設是新中式，比歐式裝修更自在。服務很貼心，感謝為我提供的服務的前台和客房服務員，雖然不知道你們的名字，但是非常感謝！
