Super nice , clean and friendly service! I was arrived 9/06, for family reason extended another 12 days! I’m very enjoy this hotel! I been stay this hotel 42 days ! I strongly recommend my friends future in come shanghai to stay this location!

1）房間無法居住，空氣不流通，憋悶，呼吸困難，更無法入睡。因此早上三點左右，我要求賓館換房間，從527換到了310房間。
2）這種達不到基本居住條件（空氣質量不達標，無窗空氣不流通，又未配備新風系統）的房間不應該在攜程網上銷售。
3）攜程網難辭其咎，關鍵是網上付款後還不許退房，純屬霸王條款。勉為其難入住，最後忍無可忍，衹好換房間。

訪客來時前台服務員不曾打電話給房客，未經房客同意就將房卡給別人，不至給一個人，造成惡劣影響，差評可以説一塌糊塗
