There were also obvious water stains on the toilet and black spots on the towels. It goes without saying how dirty the gray sheets used in hotels are. In the future, if you encounter a situation where you are not allowed to get a refund, you must first apply for the platform to intervene. Otherwise, it will be impossible to refund you if the money is transferred to their account the next day. This is why they said that they could not refund you at night, just to delay time. Finally, your hotel business is getting worse and worse. It is better to close it soon.
