晚上7點進酒店，到22點，空調不熱，找前台沒有一句道歉，説另外換房，完全不一樣。找攜程投訴，電話排隊前面有許多，請耐心等待。想想，我一直等下去還怎麼休息呢，酒店前台告訴我，換房，空調也不能保證。非常不開心^_^^_^^_^
