Ji Hotel (Shanghai Zhaojialou Old Town)

It was my first time to stay in Zhaojialou. The room was very big and there was a small balcony. I was pleasantly surprised. However, the free room upgrade and 2 o'clock late checkout offered by Ctrip points were of no use. The girl at the front desk said that they did not have this option. It was stipulated that the room booked included one night, and I used Ctrip points to exchange for another room. However, it took a long time to verify, check the computer, check the order, and even asked me to turn on my phone to show her, which made me very depressed. After all, it was considered a cooperation with Ctrip. What? There is no need to do activities that are not recognized by the hotel. It is also a waste of my points. Fortunately, the staff is quite polite. At breakfast the next day, the child said that there was no straw in the yogurt and stopped drinking. A boy immediately went to help after hearing this. I went through the drawer and came up with a lot, thank you very much! Overall, my stay was okay. Apart from Ctrip’s depressing points redemption activities, I will still consider staying here next time!

The service was not good. There was welcome fruit in the order, but it was not delivered.

During the renovation, the renovation started at 3 o'clock in the middle of the night. I started knocking on the wall intermittently. I really didn't sleep all night. It made me crazy. The hotel didn't do anything except being embarrassed.

I have stayed in a standard room on the 5th floor once before and had a good experience. But this time I experienced a double room, so I need to leave a negative review. At first, we were assigned a room on the third floor, with the door facing the laundry room. So the noise of the dryer was clearly audible in the room. After that, I went back to the front desk and asked to change rooms, and was changed to room 348 on the third floor. It felt like nothing at first. But before going to bed, the two outdoor air conditioners installed next to the window made a metal banging sound almost every two or three minutes. Even with the windows closed, you could still hear clearly, and your sleep that night was severely affected. By the way, the kettle in room 348 is also not easy to use. The switch cannot be pressed. All in all, this stay was a terrible experience.

I rarely comment. As soon as I entered the room, there was a smell that I didn't know was from the floor drain or somewhere. It was completely unlike in All Seasons. It stinked to death.

因為家裡廁所漏水修葺，不得不在家附近開個房間住幾晚 大致還是可以的，房間空間很大，也有陽台也有曬衣架，居住還是蠻方便的 就是靠近ktv 有不太美好的歌聲打擾 最後一天我打電話給前台確認下我的退房時間，前台連我的訂單訊息都沒看就直接説我是12點退房，反正我搞不明白，我用了攜程的延遲退房權益，她堅持説我是12點退房，可我的訂單訊息界面就是14點，她要説我就是12點，並且她後面明顯語氣不耐，所有的正面觀感全部被沖散

設施：有健身房 有自助洗衣機 烘乾機 衞生：房間很乾凈 有陽台 環境：附近很乾凈 酒店對面是小區 服務：前台服務很好 很有禮貌 入住送了小禮品

房間很大，陽台很棒哦！距離奇蹟公園很近，距離新場古鎮也不太遠，出行方便，就攴方便，關注是安靜，性價比很高。
